Lode Half Marathon (ARC Permit No. 15/294) Start time is 10am 

Entry limit for 2016 is 250

Medal for all finishers, trophies for overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd men and lady runners, trophy for fastest man and lady in over 40, over 50, over 60 age groups

Flat, fast course minimum age 17 years, bag storage, first aid, marshalled course, water stations at approx 3 miles, 6 miles, 9 miles and finish

Refreshments available at race HQ both before and after the race

In the interest of runner safety please note that the used of ipods or similar devices are prohibited whilst participating in this race
